休閒參與是一個國家人民生活品質重要的指標之一，生活品質隨著休閒的加入而有所提升。許多研究指出休閒活動參與程度，可作為提升生活品質的指標。也因此，如何透過休閒參與以促進教師的工作生活品質，乃成為本研究的動機。透過過往的文獻探討休閒參與和工作生活品質的現況，並探討休閒參與和工作生活品質之間的相關性為何。

The leisure participation is an important indicator of the quality of a country's people's lives ,With the added quality of life and improved leisure. Many studies have pointed out that the degree of participation in leisure activities, as enhance the quality of life indicators. As a result, leisure participation through how to promote the quality of working life of university teachers, is to become the motivation of this study . Discussion leisure participation and work status of the quality of working life through the historical literature, and to explore the relevance of the leisure participation between quality of working life.
