本研究以101學年度高雄市中山國中一、二、三年級學生為對象，本校國中生共計2140人為調查對象，在95%信心水準及3%容許誤差的情況下，針對310人學生進行有關參與休閒運動現況的調查。結果顯示，中山國中學生最喜歡的休閒運動前五項分別為籃球、上網、觀賞電視、聽音樂、騎腳踏車等。國中生參與休閒運動以同儕、朋友為主，國中生參與休閒運動的主要地點為學校、鄰近公園及運動場，但比率非常接近。國中生參與休閒運動的交通工具以腳踏車居多，有關參與休閒運動的規律性上，有78.1%的受試國中學生是偶而為之，參與休閒運動所花費的時間以51分鐘～59分鐘佔33.5%居多，學生參與休閒運動平均每週參與的次數以1～2次佔45.5%為最多，另外，國中生平均每週參與休閒運動平均每次持續時間及次數，就性別而言有顯著差異，可作進一步探討。

This research is the Chung Shan junior high school in Kaohsiung the grade seventh, eighth and ninth students at the academic year of 2012. The Research of School students are altogether 2,140 people, There were 95% confidence level and the allowable error of 3% cases. The point was to the reaction 310 students in respect of participation in leisure sports survey of current status. The results show that the Chung-Shan junior high school students favoritefive item leisure sport were basketball, Internet, watching TV, listening to music and riding a biking, etc. The students participated in recreational sport to peers and friends. The junior high school students participated in leisure sports. They mainly choose close to the schools, parks and sports grounds. The junior high students choose the bike for transportation to participate in recreational sports mostly related to participation in recreational sports on a regular. There were 78.1 percent of junior high school students in testedhaphazard. The majority students spent time participating in recreational sports from 51 minutes to 59 minutes 33.5 percent .The number of students participated in recreational sports participation one or two times per week to a maximum of 45.5 percent. in addition to the average weekly junior high school students The average duration and frequency of participation in each recreational sports, there were significant differences in terms of gender. It could be used for further exploration.
