本研究目的旨在瞭解排球選手知覺裁判效能之探討，研究對象為參加大專院校102學年度排球運動聯賽男、女生公開一級及102學年度高級中等學校排球聯賽男、女生甲級，研究方法：採用問卷調查法，並以獨立樣本t檢定（t-test）及單因子變異數分析進行統計檢定。結果：大專排球選手知覺裁判效能四個構面得分優於高中選手，在性別大專男性選手優於女性選手、高中男性選手優於女性選手，大專從事排球運動時間5年（含）以上在執法能力、身心素質及競賽管理等三個構面優於4年（含）以內，高中從事排球運動時間並無顯著差異，大專聯賽最佳成績1－2名隊伍優於其他。建議：裁判部份，建立健全大專高中排球裁判考核、反思、輔導及管理制度，嚴格把好裁判品質內控。選手部份，大專體總目前只有針對裁判辦理規則或裁判研討會，應該每年或上下學期針對選手舉辦一些規則研（討）習會，以及國際規則修時在增加舉辦，讓選手更深入的了解規則才不會造成比賽時的爭議性，也可使比賽更流暢，並增加比賽可看性。
