物流服務鏈功能活動有不同分類方式及型態,由於不同區域其物流環境差異,可適合提供之物流服務鏈功能亦不相同,過去研究但較少針對不同物流服務鏈型態關鍵因素進行分析。本研究從國際物流服務鏈產業提供者與需求者觀點,探討產業發展進出口型物流服務鏈關鍵因素。依據調查結果顯示,產業發展進出口型國際物流服務鏈之關鍵因素,成本構面因素仍是產業最重視因素,其次是時間構面因素、彈性構面因素及品質構面因素。而從國際物流活動流程觀點,比較國際物流服務鏈運作模式在供應端與營運端、營運端、及營運端與消費端三階段績效差異,顯示產業最重視是DC 端與消費(製造)端績效,其次是DC 端、供應(消費)端與DC 端績效。

英文摘要

There are different logistic service chain modes in order to meet various firms requirement. To our knowledge, there have been no critical factors of import/export logistic service chain from the perspectives of providers and demanders were proposed to empirical studies examining the issue. Comparing of the performance difference among the supply to operation side, operation side, and operation to consumer side, results showed that the performance of operation to consumer side is most importance, the others are operation side and supply to operation side.
