本研究是以盈豐資訊有限公司(以下簡稱:盈豐)為例,探討Fritscher & Pigneur所提出之九格商業模式圖之應用。盈豐的「核心價值」是以平實的價格設計具效能的產品與服務,使目標客戶得以展現其專業能力,並在未來職場能具有更佳的就業力;「關鍵夥伴」是與專業證照攸關之系科與教授,以及外部協同合作組織;「關鍵資源」來自大專院校攸關系科之教授提供智慧資源,以及外部協同合作組織提供競賽所需的經費與獎金;「關鍵活動」是為學生/學員開班授課,並進行專業證照之認證考試,以及舉辦三創競賽;「顧客關係」係透過整合「專業證照與舉辦競賽」,並以FB粉絲團做「數位內容行銷」是維繫顧客關係最有效的方法;在「配銷通路」上若以業界專家協同教學,再將認證考試分數做為期中/期末考成績,應該是最有效的方式;「顧客區隔」是以大專院校攸關系科之學生為其最主要的顧客;「收入來源」是專業證照之認證考試的報名費;「成本結構」兼具成本導向與價值導向的色彩。此一個案可供商業模式分析者教學或研究之參考。

英文摘要

This study explored the application of the Nine Building Blocks of business model canvas proposed by Fritscher & Pigneur., using Infor Technology Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Infor) as an example. The implementation of the Nine Building Blocks in Infor is summarized in the following. 1. Value Proposition is to design efficient products and services at a reasonable price so that targeted customers can demonstrate their professional competencies and have better employability in the future workplace. 2. Key Partnerships are departments and professors related to professional licenses as well as external collaborative organizations. 3. Key Resources come from the professors of universities and college relation departments to provide intelligence resources, and external collaborative organizations to provide funding and bonuses for the competition. 4. Key Activities include teaching students, conducting professional certification exams, and holding three-innovation competitions. 5. Customer Relationships are effectively maintained through the integration of professional licenses and competitions, and FB fan groups for digital Epic Content Marketing. 6. Distribution Channel leverages industry experts to coordinate teaching and then apply the certification exam scores in lieu of the midterm/final exam results. 7. Revenue Streams relies primarily on collecting the registration fee for the professional certification exam. 8. Customer Segmentation is based on the students of the university relations department as the main customers. 9. Cost Structure has both cost-oriented and value-oriented characteristics. This case study can be used as a reference for business model development in teaching or research related industry.
