總統林肯曾說:「若給我六個小時去砍一棵樹,我會用四個小時磨利斧頭。」因此,每一個統籌活動都需要委派和信任您的團隊成員,因為要有團隊合作才能舉辦一場精彩的活動,找出團隊成員的優點,並委派他們適合的崗位。福科關於權力分析的關鍵不在於「誰實施權力」,而是在於揭示「權力如何發生」,「權力」其實是一種戰略,當領導者擁有某種權力基礎後,並不保證必然能成功地影響他人,但是一個聰明的領導者一定懂得使用策略、製造氣勢,使其權力得以發揮最大的功效,以下為三種成功的權力運作策略:1.操縱具體的物資,例如給予、撤回或扣留金錢、獎品、器物等,以使他人順從。2.施以懲罰和壓力,使人因懼怕受罰而順從。3.利用公開或私下的讚賞,建立尊榮感。因此我們認為,一個組織辦活動的過程當中,可以藉由這些領導者的正向、負向,看出領導者的能力的差或高。所以權力是職位給的,但是權力是否能夠幫助組織目標的完成,還須視這些領導者本身的心胸、氣度、氣魄,還有能力而定。 |
英文摘要 |
President Lincoln once said: "If you give me six hours to chop a tree, I will use four hours to sharpen the axe." Therefore, every coordinating activity needs to delegate and trust your team members, because teamwork is required. In order to hold a wonderful event, find out the strengths of team members, and assign them suitable positions. The key to Foucault's power analysis is not "who implements power", but to reveal "how power occurs." "Power" is actually a strategy. When a leader has a certain power base, it does not guarantee success. Influencing others, but a smart leader must know how to use strategies and create momentum to maximize its power. The following are three successful power operation strategies: 1. Manipulate specific materials, such as giving, withdrawing or withholding money, Prizes, utensils, etc. to make others obey. 2. Impose punishment and pressure to make people obey because of fear of punishment. 3. Use public or private appreciation to build a sense of honor. Therefore, we believe that in the process of organizing an event, we can use the positive and negative of these leaders to see that the leader's ability is poor or high. Therefore, power is given by the position, but whether the power can help the organization's goal is completed depends on the mind, tolerance, courage, and ability of the leaders themselves. |
