農業資材的副產物或下腳料(scraps),在科技發達下,常以多種途徑的技術再加以利用開發。本研究目的,即是為了在資源充分利用下,提出在飼料中添加靈芝複方,對雞隻增重及其排泄物再利用的循環農業個案研究。本試驗的畜牧試驗場域位於臺灣新竹縣,飼養規模約400隻蘆花雞(Barred Plymouth Rock Chicken),購自於南投縣。試驗期間自2019年06月03日~2019年07月15日,為期43天。試驗隨機選取48隻雞,並均分為二組,區分「每日飼料添加靈芝複方(試驗組,n=24)」與「每日飼料不添加靈芝複方(對照組,n=24)」的試驗設計。試驗結果顯示,在飼料中添加靈芝複方的試驗組,對蘆花雞成長肥育具有顯著正向影響(p<.01)。此外,再將雞隻的排泄物進行再利用試驗,以白玉蘿蔔(Bai Yu radishe)與青江菜(Bok-Coy)為受測對象。試驗處理為雞肥組與有機肥料組。試驗地點在臺灣苗栗縣。試驗(一)白玉蘿蔔,2019年09月07日栽種,2019年11月02日採收,每組各69顆。試驗(二)青江菜,2019年10月15日栽種,2019年11月24日採收,每組各120顆。結果顯示,使用雞肥組較有機肥料組,白玉蘿蔔與青江菜生長方面,均有較佳的生長表現,且具有顯著差異(p<.001)。

By-products or scraps of agricultural materials with the development of science and technology that usually takes multiple approaches reuse development. This study is a case of circular agriculture, the purpose of the research is to make full use of resources, add Ganoderma lucidum compound in the feed, to reach chicken weight gain, and reuse chicken excreta. The field trials located in Hsinchu County, Taiwan. The chicken breed is "Barred Plymouth Rock Chicken". The quantity of 400 was purchased from Nantou County, Taiwan. The test was randomly divided into two groups, 24 in each group. Distinguish "Daily feed plus Ganoderma lucidum compound(test group, n = 24)", as well as, the experimental design of "Daily feed without Ganoderma lucidum compound(control group, n = 24)". The test results show that, the Ganoderma lucidum compound added to the feed, it has a significant positive effect on the growth and fattening of chickens(p<.01). Then make chicken manure into fertilizer to grow Bai Yu radishe and Bok-Coy. The test group is divided into chicken fat group and organic fertilizer group. The test location is in Miaoli County, Taiwan. Test(1)Bai Yu radishe, planted on 2019/09/07, harvested on 2019/11/02, 69 in each group. Test(2)Bok-Coy, planted on 2019/10/15, harvested on 2019/11/24, 120 for each group. The results showed that Bai Yu radishe and Bok-Coy using chicken manure fertilizer had significant differences(p<.001).
