人工智慧在醫療照護領域的應用越來越多，而在ChatGPT發佈後，人們開始預期強人工智慧終將來臨，因此我們有必要對於AI輔助醫療諮詢服務的民眾使用意願之影響因素有所瞭解。本研究以台灣民眾為調查對象，以瞭解健康素養、資訊素養、AI信任知覺、AI效率知覺、AI態度與AI輔助醫療諮詢服務使用意願之間的直接與間接關係。經過2024年2月的線上樣本便利抽樣收集，我們總共蒐集到154份有效數據。經過PLS-SEM的假說驗證分析發現，三個健康素養構面（健康照顧、疾病預防、健康促進）並無法直接影響民眾對於AI輔助醫療諮詢服務的態度，而是分別透過AI信任知覺、AI效率知覺的中介而產生間接影響。反而是，資訊素養可直接對AI輔助醫療諮詢服務及AI效率知覺產生正向看法。最後本文發現，未來會影響民眾使用AI輔助醫療諮詢服務之意願關鍵因素，主要來自對於AI科技的信任與正向態度。上述這些調查成果，可作為台灣大型醫療院所推廣AI輔助醫療諮詢服務之實務參考。

The application of AI in healthcare is becoming increasingly prevalent, with growing anticipation surrounding the eventual advent of strong AI following the release of ChatGPT. Thus, understanding the determinants of using AI-assisted medical consultations becomes imperative. This research, focusing on Taiwanese people, aims to elucidate the direct and mediated relationships between health literacy, information literacy, perceived trust of AI, perceived efficiency of AI, attitudes and usage intention toward AI-assisted medical consultations. Utilizing online convenience sampling in February 2024, a total of 154 valid responses were collected. Employing PLS-SEM analysis, we found that the three dimensions of health literacy (healthcare, disease prevention, health promotion) do not exert direct influence on attitudes toward AI-assisted medical consultations. Instead, they manifest indirect effects through AI trust perception and AI efficiency perception. Conversely, information literacy directly influences on attitudes toward AI-assisted medical consultations and AI efficiency perception. Furthermore, this study identifies key determinants of the intention to adopt AI-assisted medical consultations, primarily rooted in trust in AI technology and positive attitudes toward it. These findings hold practical implications, serving as valuable references for the promotion of AI-assisted medical consultations within large medical institutions in Taiwan.
