青少年正值生理、心理劇烈變化的時期，此時期的青少年對同儕、友伴互動依賴顯著增加，彼此間的關係也較其他階段來得緊密強烈，而在此階段，青少年與父母間的親子依附關係也漸而出現微妙變化，表現在行為上是逐漸脫離父母親而獨立。青少年擁有良好的人際關係與依附關係，是否會增加其幸福感呢？本研究以桃園地區就讀國民中學的青少年為對象，實證研究青少年社會支持與親子依附及幸福感的關係。研究採問卷調查法，回收有效問卷共512份，以結構方程模式（SEM）探討變數之間的關係。研究結果發現：（1）青少年之社會支持正向影響其親子依附。（2）青少年之親子依附正向影響其幸福感。（3）青少年之社會支持正向影響其幸福感。

Adolescents are at a stage of dramatic physiological and psychological changes. At this stage, adolescents' dependence on interactions with peers and friends significantly increases, and their mutual relationships are also more intimate and intense than those at other stages. During adolescence, there is also a gradual and subtle change in adolescent-parent attachment, and the behavior displayed by adolescents is the gradual separation from parents and independence. Will the presence of good interpersonal relationships and attachments increase the well-being of adolescents? This study enrolled adolescents studying in junior high schools in Taoyuan as the subjects to perform an empirical investigation on the relationship among adolescent social support, adolescent-parent attachment, and well-being. This study conducted a survey, and 512 valid questionnaires were returned. This study used structural equation modeling (SEM) to investigate the relationship among variables. The research results showed that: (1) adolescent social support has a positive effect on adolescent-parent attachment; (2) adolescent-parent attachment has a positive effect on adolescents' well-being; (3) adolescent social support has a positive effect on adolescents' well-being.
