本研究之主要目的在探討健身俱樂部之飛輪運動教室裝設功率回饋記錄系統對於運動參與者課堂表現之影響。本研究以國立屏東科技大學飛輪班25至40歲者共24人為研究對象,此課程共20堂,分別以前後10堂課分別做為控制組與實驗組,控制組在上課過程中並無開起運動表現回饋系統,而實驗組則可以藉由回饋系統在投影幕上看到自己與其他學員之運動表現(平均輸出功率、迴轉數與總能量消耗),本研究以相依樣本t檢定了解實驗組與控制組在課程中之運動表現差異情形,各項統計考驗顯著水準均訂為α=.05。研究結果顯示2組在平均迴轉(45.14±29.66 vs. 63.29±11.54 rpm)、平均功率(106.43±33.44 vs. 129.29±23.17 watt)總能量消耗(330±39.44 vs. 370±50.48 kcal)皆達顯著差異(P<.05)。所以本研究結果認為飛輪運動教室運動表現回饋系統對於課堂之運動表現具有提升之效果。

英文摘要

Background: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of flywheel performance feedback and record system on training effect. Methods: In the present study, twenty four voluntary healthy adult participants will be recruited in this study, Participants will be randomly divided into experimental group (n=24) and control group (n=24). Then, the experimental and the control groups received the flywheel training course (20 lessons for experimental group 10 lessons and control group 10 lessons separately). Experimental group of participants in the training course will open the wireless transmission of power feedback and recording system, each flywheel bicycle pedaling power are instantly recorded and displayed on the projection screens at the front of the classroom, the control group of participants performance the traditional flywheel training courses. In this study, statistical analysis of the dependent samples t test, independent samples T test was applied to analysis difference between experimental group and control group. The statistical test of significance level set at α=.05. Results: The results showed that there were significantly difference evidenced in the average swing (45.14±29.66 vs. 63.29±11.54 rpm), average power (106.43±33.44 vs. 129.29±23.17 watt) total energy consumption (330±39.44 vs. 370±50.48 kcal) between the two groups (P<.05). Conclusion: This study concluded that the flywheel performance feedback and record system could enhance the performance of flywheel.
