本研究目的主要在瞭解台灣樂齡族群休閒滿意度與自我尊榮之關係情形。以台南市36個樂齡學習中心之銀髮族作為研究對象，採便利取樣進行問卷調查，共發出500份，有效問卷362份，有效回收率為72.4%。所得資料經由皮爾森積差相關分析與迴歸分析，獲得以下結果：樂齡族群之休閒滿意與自我尊榮具顯著相關性；樂齡族群休閒滿意對自我尊榮有具顯著影響。

The purpose of this research was to analyze the relationships between leisure satisfaction and self-esteem for elderly people. The participants were from a convenient sample of 362 aged adults that participate in thirty-six Senior Citizens Learning Centers of Tainan City. Five hundred surveys were distributed, and 362 surveys were returned for a valid response rate of 72.4. The Spearman Rank-Order and the Multiple-Regression were used for data analysis. The results showed that there were significant relationships between leisure satisfaction and self-esteem, and leisure satisfaction have direct influence on self-esteem.
