目的:八週羽球訓練對國小學童的動態視覺能力之影響。方法:實驗對象為國小高年級學童30名,分配為羽球訓練組15名,控制組15名。羽球訓練組實施八週羽球訓練,控制組則維持一般日常活動,兩組前、後測均實施包含動態視覺視力,測驗項目:ATHLEVISION軟體測試動態視力以獨立樣本t考驗比較組間的差異,以相依樣本t考驗比較組內前後測之差異,研究的顯著水準設定為α=.05。結果與討論:在動態視覺能力方面,羽球訓練組有顯著進步,八週羽球訓練對國小高年級學童的動態視覺能力確實有較佳的表現。

英文摘要

Objective: eight weeks badminton training on elementary school students the impact of dynamic visual ability. Methods: The subjects for the high-grade elementary school children 30, assigned to badminton training group 15, control group 15. Badminton badminton training group implemented eight weeks training in the control group remained normal daily activities, the two groups before and after the test were implemented include dynamic visual acuity, test items: ATHLEVISION software is a dynamic visual acuity test in an independent sample T test comparing the differences between the groups, compared to dependent samples T Test group pretest-posttest, the difference between the level of significance set at study α=.05. Results and Discussion: In the dynamic visual capabilities, badminton training group had significant improvement, eight weeks badminton training on high-grade elementary schoolchildren dynamic visual ability is definitely a better performance.
