運動舞蹈教練領導行為與團隊凝聚力之研究－以103年全民運動會為例

本研究以參與103年全民運動會運動舞蹈項目103位選手為研究對象，透過問卷調查探討運動舞蹈教練領導行為與團隊凝聚力之關係。研究結果發現：不同訓練時間選手知覺教練領導行為之「關懷行為」與「專制行為」等二因素達顯著差異。在團隊凝聚力因素構面上，不同性別選手團隊凝聚力之「人際親和」與「人際吸引」等二因素達顯著。而教練領導行為對團隊凝聚力，呈現顯著水準之正相關，且以訓練與指導行為，最能有效進行團隊整合。建議運動舞蹈教練應根據不同背景的選手和環境因素來施予訓練，而教練本身也應該根據不同情境以及選手個人的人格特質差異，表現不同之領導行為。讓選手在團隊中有像大家庭般的情感，維持團隊和諧，進而增加團隊凝聚力。未來研究可朝典型相關進行更具體之因果關係研究，並持續往國際型賽事、不同國籍的選手進行相關或比較研究。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relations among dancesport coaches' leadership behaviors, and team cohesion in 103 citizens games. The researcher took players who participated in 103 citizens games as research subjects through the questionnaire. Among them, 97 were valid. Data obtained in this survey was further analyzed applying T test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), post hoc pair-wise comparison (e.g., LSD), and Pearson correlation. The findings were as following: 1. There were significant differences (p＜.05) on perception of coaches' leadership behaviors and team cohesion in female players than male players 2. There were no significant differences (p＜.05) in team cohesion on player's times of training. 3. In team cohesion: there were no significant differences in different years of training on four dimensions: well-rounded interpersonal skills, team work, team adaptation and interpersonal attraction.
