在擊劍這項運動中,選手不單單只是追求提升個人的專項技巧、速度以及力量,由於在比賽場上會發生的變數很多,對於臨場反應以及如何應對對手的攻擊或防守造成許多執行上的不確定性,因此也成為了擊劍選手們的一大課題。本文要探討的是利用以往針對不確定性的實驗對於擊劍選手在選擇反應時間下的測試,並且分析擊劍選手對於如何提升弓步姿勢(擊劍選手基本打擊姿勢),以利能夠有效提升選手的運動表現。

英文摘要

In fencing, players not only seek to improve their own special skills, speed and strength, but also have a lot of uncertainties in execution due to many variables in the competition field, such as on-the-spot reaction and how to deal with the opponent's attack or defense. Therefore, it has become a major issue for fencers. The purpose of this paper is to explore how to improve the lunge position (the basic strike position) of fencers by using the previous uncertainty experiments to test fencers under the condition of choosing reaction time, so as to effectively improve the performance of fencers.
