目的:本研究目的乃以質性研究的方法來探討高中學生參加運動團隊之動機。方法:研究對象包括6位高中運動團隊學生,採用半結構式問卷進行一對一訪談,將訪談資料結合田野札記、焦點團體訪談等方式將資料進行歸納分析,利用紮根理論途徑建構高中學生參加運動團隊之心理歷程。結果:發現學生參加運動團隊之動機有四大高階主題─「自我需求」、「社會支持」、「人際互動」和「自我實現」;在「自我需求」下共包含3個低階主題:興趣、提升抗壓性及提升專注力;「社會支持」下則有3個低階主題:同儕影響、家人支持及師長支持;「人際互動」下則有2個低階主題:互助合作及尊重;最後在「自我實現」下則有2個低階主題:激發潛能及成就感。本研究結論:高中學生參與運動團隊是為了滿足自我需求,受到社會支持的影響,還有可以獲得良好的人際互動,最後,就是激發自我實現的可能。

英文摘要

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to investigate the motivation of high school students' participation in sports teams by using a qualitative research method. Methods: The study was conducted with six high school sports team students. A semi-structured questionnaire was used to conduct one-on-one interviews, and the interview data were combined with field notes and focus group interviews to summarize and analyze the data. Results: It was found that students' motivation to participate in sports teams had four high-level themes: "self-needs", "social support", "interpersonal interaction", and "self-actualization"; under "self-needs", there were three low-level themes: interest, enhancing stress resistance, and enhancing concentration; under "social support", there were three low-level themes: peer influence, family support, and teacher support; under "interpersonal interaction", there were two low-level themes: mutual cooperation and respect. Finally, under "self-actualization," there were two lower-order themes: stimulating potential and sense of accomplishment. This study concludes that high school students participate in sports teams in order to satisfy their self-needs, to be influenced by social support, to have good interpersonal interactions, and finally, to stimulate the possibility of self-actualization.
