在籃球比賽中,有著不同的得分方式,而投籃是最基本的得分方式。但投籃也是籃球中最為重要的動作技能。在比賽中除了防守下會影響投籃外,還有各式各樣的情況會影響投籃動作及命中率,可知投籃的穩定性在比賽中是十分重要的。而隨著運動員身體素質與運動能力的增強,競賽中逐漸形成時間與空間的相互對應模式。球員進攻時如何透過穩定的身體能力,拉開與防守者之間的空間,爭取更多穩定跳投機會,為訓練重點之一。多數研究指出核心的平衡和肌力的訓練,能提升身體滯留空中時間和出手時的穩定性,本文搜尋PubMed、華藝圖書館資料庫和Google Scholar從2011至2023年間,以文獻回顧之方式,探討與整理出對投籃穩定性的肌力訓練和核心平衡訓練。

英文摘要

There are different ways of scoring, in a basketball match, with shooting being the most fundamental method. However, shooting is also the most important skill in basketball, and various factors can affect shooting form and accuracy during a game, other than defences. Thus, the stability of shooting is crucial in a game. With the increasing physical fitness and athletic ability of athletes, a time-space correspondence model has gradually formed in competition. How players use stable physical abilities to create space between themselves and defenders to gain more stable jump shot opportunities is one of the key training focuses. Most studies have shown that core balance training and muscle strength training can improve the body's airtime retention and shooting stability at the time of release. This article searches PubMed, the China Digital Library, and Google Scholar databases from 2011 to 2023 and reviews the literature on muscle strength training and core balance training for shooting stability.
