近年來因應柔道規則的改變,選手對於體能需求的增加,因此本文旨在探討高間歇訓練與有氧訓練對柔道專項之效益,進而提高選手訓練品質。本文透過文獻回顧方式,檢索Google學術、PubMed、華藝圖書館資料庫2009至2024年間的120篇文獻並選取其中30篇進行文獻回顧。從研究的結果可以發現,高間歇訓練提升柔道運動員無氧能力,並透過連攻法增強專項技巧;有氧訓練可提升選手體能恢復能力、降低心率的效應,綜合應用可全面提升競技水平,促進比賽表現。 |
英文摘要 |
In recent years, due to changes in judo rules, there has been an increased demand for athletes' physical fitness. Therefore, this paper aims to explore the benefits of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and aerobic training on judo-specific performance, thereby improving the quality of athlete training. Through a literature review, this paper retrieved 120 articles from Google Scholar, PubMed, and the Airiti Library databases from 2009 to 2024, and selected 30 articles for review. The results of the studies indicate that HIIT enhances the anaerobic capacity of judo athletes and improves specific techniques through continuous attacks. Aerobic training can enhance athletes' recovery capacity and reduce heart rate effects. The combined application of both training methods can comprehensively improve competitive levels and promote performance in competitions. |
