性健康的概念日益普及，臺灣也於1980年代左右自國外引進性治療模式，惟發展步調相對緩慢，至今亦未實現「醫學與性學相輔相成」之鵠的。有鑑於此，本文回顧PLISSIT模式在臺灣的歷史，並介紹由此延伸之EX-PLISSIT模式，以及2023年新興的SHIP模式之內涵，而對性治療模式於臺灣的發展現況提出建言。研究發現，在臺灣頗為盛行的PLISSIT模式，雖然有著淺顯易懂又好操作的優點，實際上卻有線性格式過於侷限，以及個案和性治療師立場不對等的問題，目前已經透過修正的EX-PLISSIT模式改善。於參酌EX-PLISSIT模式和SHIP模式的內涵後，發現性治療模式正在朝著多元且深化的方向發展，頗有「透過窮盡所有可能的影響因素，串聯可運用的所有資源，來解決動態且複雜的性健康問題」的意味。但臺灣目前於性治療的推廣和科學證據，卻仍以傳統的PLISSIT模式為限，可能會使社會大眾對於性治療的認知過於僵化，局限於四個階段的標準程序上，即使是政府出版的刊物亦有此現象。因此，未來應朝著揭示性健康問題的動態和複雜本質、性治療的流動性和治療計畫的個別化發展、個案應具備關注自身性健康問題的意識和主動性、跨領域資源的整合與應用等方向進行調整為宜。

The concept of sexual health is increasingly widespread, and around the 1980s, Taiwan introduced sex therapy models from abroad. However, the pace of development has been relatively slow, and to this day, the goal of "complementing medicine with sexology" has not been achieved. In light of this, this article reviews the history of the PLISSIT model in Taiwan and introduces the extended EX-PLISSIT model and the emerging SHIP model of 2023, offering suggestions for the development of sex therapy models in Taiwan. The study found that the PLISSIT model, which is quite popular in Taiwan, has the advantages of being easy to understand and operate, but in practice, it has limitations due to its linear format and the unequal stance between the case and the sex therapist, which has been improved through the modified EX-PLISSIT model. After considering the content of the EX-PLISSIT and SHIP models, it is found that sex therapy models are developing in a more diverse and in-depth direction, with the implication of "exhausting all possible influencing factors and linking all available resources to solve dynamic and complex sexual health issues." However, the promotion and scientific evidence of sex therapy in Taiwan are still limited to the traditional PLISSIT model, which may make the public's perception of sex therapy too rigid, confined to the standard procedures of the four stages, and even publications by the government show this phenomenon. Therefore, adjustments should be made in the future towards revealing the dynamic and complex nature of sexual health issues, the fluidity of sex therapy and the individualization of treatment plans, the awareness and initiative of cases to pay attention to their own sexual health issues, and the integration and application of cross-domain resources.
