肺結核是台灣常見的一種疾病。許多的病人會留下肺部開洞性病變。在這些開洞的病人中有一部分人會在開洞中形成麴菌腫塊進一步發展成慢性壞死性肺部麴菌感染。在此我們將報導一位有肺結核及塵肺症病史的病人慢慢發展成慢性壞死性肺部麴菌感染的病例並做一些文獻回顧。

Pulmonary tuberculosis is an endemic disease in Taiwan, and its frequent sequela is cavitation. Some of these patients subsequently develop into chronic pulmonary aspergillosis (CPA). We herein report a case of chronic necrotizing pulmonary aspergillosis, which occurred gradually in a patient with aspergilloma, who also had pulmonary tuberculosis and pneumoconiosis history.
