本文分享越南短期國際義診醫療運作的組織架構、行前的準備、任務執行、現場安排、離境後的工作、當地台商企業合作模式及成果，並且跟其他的國際義診活動做比較討論。臺中榮民總醫院(中榮)已投入超過百餘人次的醫療人員，服務近萬越南民眾，慢性病人也透過味丹(越南)企業轉當地醫療體系，確保執行適當醫療；本案成果豐碩，越來越受到越南政府及當地民眾的重視；中榮、越南同奈省衛生單位和味丹(越南)企業更簽訂合作備忘錄，包含疾病診治、社區健康照護等項目合作；越南同奈省更計劃派醫護人員到中榮進行醫療教學培訓及醫務管理的交流，期望擴大醫療成果。希望本文能做為日後其他類似短期國際醫療照護活動的參考範本，以期讓更多國外民眾能受到臺灣提供之妥善醫療照顧。

This article details a short-term international humanitarian medical project in Vietnam. We discuss the framework of the medical mission operation, pre-departure preparation, field arrangements, work after departure from Vietnam, the model of cooperation with Taiwanese business enterprise in Vietnam, and achievements, followed by a discussion comparing a similar project. Taichung Veterans General Hospital (TCVGH) contributed more 100 professional staff members to this program that provided medical services for nearly 10,000 Vietnamese. After departure from Vietnam, we referred patients with chronic disease to the local health care system for follow-up treatment, with the assistance of VEDAN (Vietnam) Enterprise Corporation. After years of close cooperation, TCVGH, the Vietnamese medical authority and VEDAN (Vietnam) Enterprise Corporation entered into an agreement to cooperate in disease diagnosis and community health care services and activities. During the period, Vietnam Dong Nai Province will send medical staff members to TCVGH for medical training and medical management. We wish to share the experience from the operation with other hospitals in the hope of achieving better results for future similar medical operations.
