目的:在醫療產業中,臺灣醫事放射師因工作需求常引起肌肉骨骼不適之症狀,本研究目的在探討南投地區醫事放射師肌肉骨骼不適盛行率與部位分佈之情況,更進一步探討工作特性對其肌肉骨骼不適的影響程度及其與生活品質間的關係。方法:橫斷式研究設計,以臺灣南投地區執業之醫事放射師共102位為對象。結果:醫事放射師肌肉骨骼不適盛行率高達80.4%,不適部位普遍都集中在肩膀、脖子、腰背及手或手腕等部位。腰背部位發生肌肉骨骼不適與研究對象所在的不同層級醫院,有顯著性差異(p<0.05)。操作乳房攝影/超音波是造成肢體部位不適的相關因子(勝算比3.82)。而發生肌肉骨骼不適或不適總部位數,與生活品質總分或四項範疇皆成負相關。結論:建議乳房攝影與超音波之受檢台高度符合人體工學;建議地區醫院改善空間與輔助人力,且排定班別避免同一天連續操作該儀器的時數過長,避免因長時間重複操作而導致肌肉骨骼不適發生,進而影響生活品質。

Objectives. In the medical industry, Taiwanese radiologic technologists often have symptoms of musculoskeletal discomfort due to work demands. The purpose of this study was to investigate the prevalence and distribution of musculoskeletal discomfort of radiologic technologist in Nantou, and to further explore the relationship between work characteristics affecting musculoskeletal discomfort and quality of life. Methods. A cross-sectional study design was conducted with a total of 102 radiologic technologists in Nantou, Taiwan. Results. The prevalence of musculoskeletal discomfort among radiologic technologists was as high as 80.4%. The discomfort is generally concentrated in the shoulders, neck, waist, and hands or wrists. The musculoskeletal discomfort in the lower back position was significantly different from that of the hospitals at the various levels (p<0.05). Operating mammography/ultrasound is an associated factor for limb discomfort (OR=3.82). The number of sites with musculoskeletal discomfort was negatively correlated with the total quality of life score or all four categories. Conclusion. It is recommended that the height of the examination table for mammography and ultrasound is ergonomic, and the shifts should be arranged to avoid the continuous operation of the instrument for too long on the same day to avoid musculoskeletal discomfort caused by repeated operations for a long time and affect the quality of life.
