由於醫療生態改變,醫師專科化、醫療成本考量、保險給付、醫療五大皆空等議題下,部分醫療工作已轉由資深且能力佳的護理人員承擔,因而有了專科護理師。台灣專科護理師發展已逾20年,從角色定位不清到立法正名,建立甄審制度到執業辦法成立,是許多醫護先進及專家所成就的。專科護理師努力創造及證明自己的價值。筆者走過混沌不清的年代,就專科護理師的養成(培育到執業成熟)及取得證照後專業的精進,提出一些經驗及看法。對於專科護理師的未來,期許能產學合作讓訓練品質更一致性,專科護理師的進階能依各階賦予不同任務,國家及健保政策等相關資源能投注於臨床專師,讓專師更茁壯並專注於醫療照護品質之提升,讓專科護理師keep going繼續前進!

英文摘要

Due to the changes in the medical ecology, under the issues of specialization of doctors, consideration of medical costs, insurance benefits, part of the medical work has been transferred to senior and capable nursing staff, so there are Nurse Practitioners. In Taiwan, Nurse Practitioners have been in development for more than 20 years. From the chaotic role positioning to the legislative rectification, the establishment of the screening system to the establishment of practice methods, many medical and nursing advanced and experts have made achievements along the way. Nurse Practitioners are also working hard to create and prove their own value all the time. The author has gone through the chaotic era, and put forward some experiences and opinions on the training of Nurse Practitioners and their progress after obtaining the license. The cultivation of Nurse Practitioners hopes that industry-university cooperation will make the training more consistent and quality. The advancement of Nurse Practitioners can be given different tasks according to each level. Relevant resources such as national and health insurance policies can be invested in clinical Nurse Practitioners . So that Nurse Practitioners can keep going!
