在Covid-19疫情升溫的2020年，麻豆集中檢疫所於是年底成立，並由衛生福利部嘉南療養院負責管理運作，運用醫務管理學的專業分工及協同理論，與其他綜合醫院、後勤管理公司和當地衛生主管機關的分工合作，在消防安全、安全監控、感染控制、食品安全等方面展現出高度的專業能力和嚴謹態度，突破精神專科醫院在傳染疾病及檢疫管理專業上的限制，發揮「安全、關懷、尊重、創新」的核心價值，與檢疫所住民建立信任和良好的關係，將疫情影響降到最低。本文揭示跨專業合作在經營麻豆集中檢疫所過程中所發揮的力量，期為未來相關領域的防疫策略提供有益借鑑。

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) outbreak, which began in late 2019, spread rapidly in 2020. In response to the global threat of the pandemic, Taiwan took proactive measures to curb its impact. Since 2020, central quarantine facilities have been established throughout Taiwan. As the pressure from the escalating pandemic rose, the Madou Government Quarantine Facility was quickly established at the end of 2020 and was managed by Jianan Psychiatric Center, the Ministry of Health and Welfare. Leveraging professional division and coordination theories from management science, and collaborating with other comprehensive hospitals, logistics management companies, and local health authorities, they demonstrated high professional capabilities and a rigorous approach in areas such as fire safety, security monitoring, infection control, and food safety. This overcame the limitations of psychiatric specialty hospitals in infectious disease and quarantine management. By embodying the core values of "safety, care, respect, and innovation," the quarantine residents felt cared for and attended to during their isolation period, fostering trust and positive relationships, and helping them face various challenges during isolation more proactively. This paper reveals the power of cross-professional collaboration in successfully operating the Madou Government Quarantine Facility, aiming to provide beneficial references for future pandemic strategies in related fields.
