In recent years, much has been written and discussed about the recovery of Song Studies in late Jiaqing. Most of them focused on external factors, lack of explore of inner logic and investigate of performance. Therefore, the present study analysis how Guan Tong, the scholar of Song Studies, revised the dislocation on text of Hong Fan in late Jiaqing. Stand on the perspective of Song Studies, to explore and investigate which corrections and abjustments among them. Then put the explorations and investigations into the context of the academic history, to provide new perspectives and interpretations for the research of the recovery of Song Studies in late Jiaqing. Based on the explorations and investigations, Guan Tong according to Tongcheng School’s theory and Methods, as well as textual criticism, to revised the dislocation on text of Hong Fan, purposefully combined theoretical context and historical facts. It can clearly be seen those scholars of Song Studies main concerns, were gradually shifted from completeness of theory to performance of theory. In pratical terms, a new trend which emphasis on theoretical context fit historical facts closely, was gradually forming in late Jiaqing.
