本研究旨在探究親子遊戲治療對參與者親職壓力與子女問題的變化情形。對象為家有3~10歲兒童之六位母親，對其進行為期十週、每週一次、每次兩小時之親子遊戲治療團體。本研究影響之評估以質性資料為主，量表資料為輔。質化部分，在團體結束7-14天內，對六位母親進行個別訪談與分析；量化部分採團體前後測，在團體開始前和十週結束後對六位母親實施「阿肯巴克實證衡鑑系統」和「親職壓力量表」前測、後測。研究結果顯示親子遊戲治療能改善兒童問題，也能降低親職壓力與改善家人關係。根據研究發現提出具體建議，以供實務工作及未來相關研究之參考。

The present study investigates how filial therapy can significantly reduce children problems and parental stress. The supporting group members are six mothers of 3 to 10 years old children. The investigation lasted for ten weeks with the group members meeting two hours a week. The study adapted quantitative-and-qualitative-mixed design. For qualitative method, six members were interviewed during 7-14 days after the process, an the data analyzed by researchers. For quantitative method, the group members were given the ＂Achenbach System of Empirically Based Assessment＂ and the ＂Parenting Stress Index＂ for pre- and pro-tests, then proceeded wilcoxon matched-pairs signed-rank test. The study finds that the filial therapy has significant effects on reducing children problems, parental stress and improving the relationship among family members. The researchers discuss the results of the study and make recommendations for social workers and for future research.
