本研究探討高中籃球運動員成就目標取向及知覺道德氣氛與道德功能關係；並且探討男、女運動員以目標取向及道德氣氛預測道德功能之差異。研究對象為233位高中甲級籃球運動員，男生133位，女生100位，平均年齡16.29±0.99歲。採用量表為三向度目標取向量表、知覺道德氣氛量表及道德功能量表。研究結果顯示男生高中籃球運動員在自我取向、知覺團隊不道德氣氛、知覺教練不道德氣氛、不道德意圖及不道德行為皆高於女生。男生知覺教練、隊友道德氣氛可預測道德功能；女生則只有知覺隊友道德氣氛可預測道德功能。本研究結果顯示鼓勵正向團隊道德氣氛，將有利於運動員道德功能。

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships of goal orientations and moral atmosphere on moral functioning, and to examine the differences of goal orientations and moral atmosphere on predicting moral functioning in male and female high school basketball players. Participants were 100 female and 133 male high school basketball players. They completed questionnaires assessing three-dimension goal orientations, moral atmosphere, and moral functioning. The results indicated that ego orientation, perceived team amoral atmosphere, perceived coach amoral atmosphere, amoral intention and amoral behavior were higher in male than female. The results also indicated that both perceived coach amoral atmosphere and perceived team amoral atmosphere could significant predict moral functioning in male players. But there was only perceived team amoral atmosphere could significant predict moral functioning in female players. These results suggested that promoting positive team moral atmosphere could be helpful in athletes' moral functioning.
