近年來大陸地區已成為全球主要消費市場之一,並擁有龐大的旅遊與商務客源。由於大陸境內北京、上海、廣州等國際門戶樞紐機場之空域與時間帶多已飽和,而內陸二、三線城市機場因國際航班少轉機不便,因此陸客多前往第三地(日、韓、香港、新加坡等)中轉。現階段大陸旅客無法來臺轉機,對臺灣航空產業影響甚鉅;本研究以2012年中轉資料為基礎,並預測2017年開放陸客來臺中轉後可產生之運量及效益;研究成果可作為未來政策研擬之依據,研究所得之具體數據可作為佐證以強化談判之基礎。 |
英文摘要 |
In recent years, the mainland has become one of the major consumer markets in the world and has a lot of passengers. Because of the Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and other international hub airports don't have enough airspace and slots now, second or third cities of mainland have a few of international flights, so the passengers from these cities should go to other country airports to transit (like Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, etc.). Now, the Mainland tourists can't come to Taiwan for transfer that will seriously affect Taiwan's aviation industry. In this study, we collect the transit information of 2012 and try to predict the traffic and benefit of 2017 if opening the transfer for mainland. Also the results can be used as the basis for policy development, and the specific data can be used as evidence in order to strengthen the position of negotiations. |
