本文目的在使用有效且特異性高的生物標記物，是臨床診斷上確定抗癌中草藥及西方藥物對癌症治療及預防作用的關鍵。近年來隨著基因體定序技術快速進步，生物信息與大樹具科學的交叉應用，發展出一種新型醫療模式，稱之為「精準醫療」。精準醫療主要以單個體的特徵，如基因體序列或蛋白質體組成成份，加上外在環境的影響綜合組成的醫學嶄新概念。因此，為了克服中西醫學合併治療在傳統生化及影像檢測上的限制，而利用“液態活組織檢查”（liquid biopsy）的診斷平台，透過血液中帶有腫瘤基因訊息的標記物：血液循環腫瘤DNA（circulating tumor DNA [ctDNA]），可直接檢測血液中癌基因訊息的癌標記物，能即時提供當下存在於病人體內的基因組信息，用於追蹤治療的動態進程及預後復發的監控。中西醫結合治癌在各項標靶藥物，免疫細胞治療，電化療協同針灸中醫藥等治療手段，並透過本文的液態活組織檢查的診斷平台，可精準地對疾病的治療及預後進行監控，以此高效率的管理療效的方法來監控癌症，可減輕患者的心理負擔，而本法可為臨床醫師提供更可靠的數據，用以改善治療方案，達醫病雙方共榮及互信的功能。

The purpose of this paper is to explain the application of effective and highly specific biomarkers as a clinical diagnostic and monitoring tool for determining the optimal Chinese and Western medicine therapies for each person. In recent years, with the rapid advancement of genomic sequencing technology, the cross-application of bioinformatics and data science has developed into a new medical model called ＂precision medicine.＂ Precision medicine is an emerging medical concept that primarily takes into account individual variability, such as genome sequencing and protein composition, environment, and lifestyle. This new approach can overcome the limitations of integrative Chinese and Western medicine within the traditional biochemical and imaging studies paradigm. Instead, liquid biopsy can directly detect cancer markers from cancer genetic information in the blood, providing instant access to genetic information of a patient which can be used to monitor treatment results and give a reliable prognosis. Integrative Chinese and Western medicine can apply various targeted therapies, immune cell therapy, electrotherapy, and chemotherapy in combination with Chinese medicine therapeutic modalities such as medicinals and acumoxa-therapy. This paper explains the application of liquid biopsy as a diagnostic platform for precisely diagnosing, treating, monitoring the condition, and prognosis. Liquid biopsy provides an efficient way for physicians to closely and accurately monitor and manage cancer patients, and thus can reduce the psychological burden on patients. Physicians can have access to more reliable data and improve the treatment plan, which works to benefit both physicians and patients.
