根據三位醫師的6個臨床病例可以歸納出對治療多形性神經膠母細胞瘤（GBM）的藥物及劑量的所擬的方劑處方是：乳香3-10、沒藥3-10、當歸3、川芎3、生地3、赤芍3、桃仁3、紅花1.5＋續斷8-30、骨碎補8-30、淮牛膝8-30＋黃芩8-30、黃連8-30、黃柏8-30、茯苓8-30、澤瀉8-20、豬苓4、蒼朮4＋天麻5-20、吳茱萸5-15＋麻黃1-3、羌活3-4、柴胡4-6、陳皮4＋川七3＋保安萬靈丹24~84顆、育生丸1-3顆。雖然中醫在多型性神經膠質母細胞瘤（GBM）治療方法仍同一般惡性腫瘤的治療方法，只是藥物劑量要用得更大、速度要快而已，便可大幅度改善腫瘤的微環境，讓它不再分裂、複製、增殖、長大、轉移等，甚至漸漸讓腫瘤細胞凋亡。 |

The medicinals and doses that three Chinese medicine physicians have administered for the treatment of glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) are as follows: (Yu Sheng) Ru Mo Si Wu Tang-Ru Xiang (3-10 qian), Mo Yao (3-10 qian), Dang Gui (3 qian) , Chuan Xiong (3 qian), Sheng Di (3 qian), Chi Shao (3 qian), Tao Ren (3 qian), Hong Hua (1.5 qian)-adding Xu Duan (8-30 qian), Gu Sui Bu (8-30 qian), Huai Niu Xi (8-30 qian), Huang Qi (8-30 qian) Huang Lian (8-30 qian), Huang Bo (8-30 qian), Fu Ling (8-30 qian), Ze Xie (8-20 qian), Zhu Ling (4 qian), Cang Zhu (4 qian), Tian Ma (5-20 qian), Wu Zhu Yu (5-15 qian), Ma Huang (1-3 qian), Qiang Huo (3-4 qian), Chai Hu (4-6 qian), Chen Pi (4 qian), Chuan Qi (3 qian), Bao An Wan Ling Dan (24-84 pills), and Yu Sheng Wan (1-3 pills). In addition to GBM, these same medicinals may be used to treat other types of malignant tumors as well, just make sure to prescribe large doses and begin treatment as soon as possible. This approach can improve the microenvironment of the tumor, which will inhibit cell division, replication, proliferation, and metastasis, and over time, may even lead to apoptosis the cancer cells. |
