現代醫學研究疾病的治療方法,必須強調其科學性的步驟,對於治療劑量的定量化,亦有其嚴謹的實驗方法。針灸是傳統中醫治療的核心技術,其針灸劑量的取決,從古至今,絕大部分皆依個人的治療經驗判斷,鮮少有科學化的定量研究方法。運用現代醫學工具,科學化的研究傳統針灸的療效機制,已成為主要的科研手段,故本人亦期望利用現代醫學影像技術,作為針灸療效「可視化」的研究途徑,並可藉此轉化為針灸劑量的量化參數。 |
英文摘要 |
Modern medical research methods for the treatment of diseases must emphasize its scientific steps. For the quantification of therapeutic doses, there are also rigorous experimental methods. Acupuncture is the core technology of traditional Chinese medicine treatment. The dosage of acupuncture depends on the individual's treatment experience. Most of them have scientific quantitative research methods. The use of modern medical tools to scientifically study the therapeutic mechanism of traditional acupuncture has become a major scientific research method. Therefore, I also hope to use modern medical imaging technology as a "visualization" research method for acupuncture efficacy, and can be converted into a quantitative parameters of acupuncture dose. |
