臨床上出現肩周炎（冰凍肩、五十肩）的病人非常的多，無論是受傷、工作及生活姿勢、運動傷害…等引發，嚴重影響到日常生活、工作及睡眠品質，本人運用多年臨床經驗，總結出治療肩周炎的特效針法及推拿正骨手法，予以分享同道酌參。傳統中醫在治療肩周炎方面，可以產生顯著的療效，許多患者都受益於中醫療法，亦可以結合現代醫學的治療優點，共同為患者尋求快速解決病痛的療法，如此才是患者之福。

In clinical practice, there is a significant number of patients suffering from conditions such as shoulder impingement, frozen shoulder, and adhesive capsulitis. These conditions can be triggered by various factors, including injuries, occupational postures, and sports-related injuries, and they have a profound impact on daily life, work, and sleep quality. Drawing from my extensive clinical experience, I have compiled effective acupuncture techniques and orthopedic massage methods for the treatment of shoulder conditions. I am sharing these techniques with fellow professionals for their consideration and reference. Traditional Chinese medicine can produce significant therapeutic effects in the treatment of shoulder impingement, benefiting many patients. It can also be combined with the advantages of modern medicine to jointly seek fast and effective solutions for patients, which is in the best interest of the patients.
