本研究目的旨在探討德霖技術學院學生運動參與行為現況,結果將提供體育教學單位參考。本研究以德霖技術學院682位男生與378位女生為對象,研究工具為運動參與行為問卷,所得數據以SPSS for windows 18.0套裝軟體處理,以卡方檢定、兩獨立樣本T檢定等統計方法進行比較分析,顯著水準定為α=.05。結果發現:一、德霖技術學院男、女學生在運動參與比較上,運動天數、運動時間、運動強度、運動參與方式、運動類型、運動場館、運動對象、參與滿意度、動機與未來方向比較上達顯著差異(P<.05)。二、每週運動天數在3.1-3.5天;每次運動時間在31-60分鐘;運動強度在有點累的程度。三、體育課為主要的運動參與方式;以學校場館與球類運動為主。四、健康管理與體重管理為主要運動參與動機,未來運動參與學習上,希望以運動技能與運動減重等課程。結論:德霖技術學院學生運動參與行為上普遍良好,應繼續保持下去,建議學校在未來體育課程規劃中,可針對學生希望修習的課程加以規劃,提高學生修習體育運動的機會,以達到終身運動與全人健康的目標。 |
英文摘要 |
The purpose of this study was to investigate the status of the exercise participate behavior in De Lin Institute of Technology. The results will provide the Physical Education Unit as reference. 682 male and 378 female was participate as objects. The questionnaire of the exercise participation behavior was used for this study. Data were analyzed by SPSS for window 18.0, descriptive statistics, Chi-square test, two independent sample t-tests. The significance difference α=.05. The results showed: (1) Compare the difference of the exercise participation in male and female students: number of sports days, exercise time, exercise intensity, exercise participation, exercise types, sports stadiums, sports objects, participate satisfaction, motivation and the future direction have significant differences (P <.05). (2) Sports days of a week were 3.1-3.5; every exercise time in 31-60 minutes; exercise intensity a little tired. (3) Exercise course is the main sport participation; school stadiums and ball games based. (4) Health management and weight management as the main motivation for sport participation, In the future, weight loss and exercise skills are major subject in sport participation. Conclusion: Good exercise behavior should be kept in the student of De Lin Institute of Technology. For students, improve the opportunity of exercise participation should improve curriculum planning for students and to achieve the lifelong exercise and holistic health goals. |
