在全球高度競爭的環境下,供應鏈的管理模式備受重視,為了促進供應鏈的效率,電子業界多採用物流中心的模式,目前由於在中國大陸推行廠商庫存管理模式VMI(Vendor Managed Inventory)頗為成功,吸引了台灣電子業主的注意與導入,因為物流中心作業需要專業能力,一般皆採用委外的方式執行,因此如何評選出合宜的VMI物流承攬廠商,成了VMI選擇成功的重要因素。 本文針對台灣電子產業在中國大陸推動委外選商的需求,建構廠商評選架構,並運用層級分析法(Analysis Hierarchy Process, AHP),進行評選因素權重之計算。本研究的分析架構共有五項目標(成本因素、合作伙伴、資訊技術、進出口關務及倉儲管理)與十八項的準則因素,運用MS Excel軟體計算出權重計分,以減少人為主觀判定的偏差,藉此評選出在推行廠商庫存管理模式下最合宜的物流委外承攬廠商。

英文摘要

It cannot be over-emphasized for the significant role that Supply Chain Management plays in the highly competitive market worldwide. In order to enhance supply chain management efficiency, the electronics industry tends to adopt ”Distribution Center” approach. Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI in short), being implemented successfully in China, also attracts the attention Taiwan's electronics industry towards introduction. As VMI deploys outsourcing strategy, it becomes a critical successful factor to select the most appropriate VMI contractors. This study tries to use Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP in short) model to calculate expertise questionnaire elements to come up with the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) to address the outsourcing vendor selection model which is practiced in China. The analysis structure is comprised of five indicators (cost, partners, information technology, import/export custom clearance, and warehouse management) and 18 items of criteria. The calculation of weighting is exercised through specific software (Expert Choice) in order to prevent human errors of judgmental assessment so that the most appropriate distribution vendor can be selected.
