校園網路應用Microsoft Windows Active Directory管理實務探討－以高雄市立新興高中為例

校園網路光世代已來臨，並成為極其影響力的傳播媒介，電子公文傳遞、教師網路搜尋資料、e化教學與教材製作，逐漸改變傳統教學型態；學校活動成果展示反特色行銷，更藉由網際網路等能快速達成。雖然網際網絡的應用能為教師們提升教學準備的效率及便利，卻對於網絡管理者帶來更多困擾，如：病毒攻擊、網路瘫瘓攻擊等。有鑑於此，研究者以自身於校園網路管理之實務經驗，配合文獻及研習課程開設，於課後實施專家訪談，得到校園網絡運用Windows Active Directory管理相關29項要點，依此設計訪談題綱，並針對選定特定人員實施訪問。受訪者超過1/2以上認為使用此架構能提高「擔任資訊執行秘書之意願」，並改善校園網絡管理工作要項計25項，其中9項更高達九成以上的「肯定」。在校園應用，使用者皆予以高度肯定，然而僅對部份問題認為造成不便。但此功能的正向效益在於系統穩定、以及避免盜版軟體安裝及惡意程式夾帶等問題。但Windows Active Directory在校園網絡應用，也決非萬靈丹。應用實務上會有「伺服器建置需求」、「軟體費用」及「系統管理員操作風險」等問題。校園網絡之積極管理作為，可能對原本較鬆散、放任之對等式網絡應用(peer-to-peer)造成較大衝擊。應用主從式(Client-to-Server)架構配合Windows Active Directory整合，雖有「成本較高」、「網管人員需進修」等影響因素，但對校內「資源分享應用」、「單一帳號密碼簽入」、「災難迅速復原」及「相關軟硬體整合」上有極大幫助。

The application of Internet access with fiber-optics system is popularly used. This influential system can make documentation transfer, data search and e-teaching skills more effective. It has changed the classical teaching style Additionally, achievements of activities and marketing of school characteristics could be rapidly attained.Even though the application of Internet brings celerity and convenience, it also obsesses network managers with Virus, Malware, etc. As a result, the researcher combines his own management with academic documentation to deliver courses. Then, he interviewed some managers with questionnaire. There are 29 items in the questionnaire affirmed to be highly useful. More than 50% interviewees confirm that ”Windows AD Application” can make them willing to take over the job. Besides, 9 items in the questionnaire receive 90% interviewees' affirmation. However, the interviewees only complains a few questions. But this is also a profit to system stability, and it can avoid illegal software installation and Malware.Microsoft Windows AD isn't catholicon for every campus. There are some questions in actual application Applying Client-to-server network may have a great impact on the loose network of the time. For example, the users can't install software by themselves, and change the system setting, so on and so forth. However, it's really helpful to data-sharing, single-sign, immediate-recovery, and related hardware-software integrity.
