資訊科技改變了人們的生活型態,亦造成教育的衝擊,傳統學習型態因資訊科技產生重大變革,學習活動已不再侷限於學校與教室中。雖然資訊科技帶給教育衝擊,但並無改變教育「教」與「學」雙方完整雙向互動溝通的本質,在眾多的資訊科技中,「視訊會議」提供了獨特的貢獻,該科技提供多人異地即時的影音通訊,同時也能分享電腦資源如:網頁、軟體、檔案、與圖文等資訊,這一豐富且即時的通訊工具,對正式、非正式教育及初、中、高各級教育均有重大意義。因此,如何引用「視訊會議」在資訊高速公路上,適爲科技教育中的重要議題。本研究主要探討1.台灣資訊網路上「視訊會議」之教學應用現況及發展趨勢,2.發展資訊教師應用「視訊會議」之態度問卷。故第一階段之目的爲探討視訊會議應用現況;第二階段的目的是問卷發展,根據問卷調查,了解資訊教師應用視訊會議科技的態度。

英文摘要

Information technology has been changes human life type for variety domain. The purpose of this study was to understand technology application of information technology of videoconference applied in education. Videoconferencing technology allows two or more people at different locations to communicate each other at the same time. In addition, it is often possible to share computer resources. Ex WebPages, files software, images. It is a rich communication technology which could offers new possibilities for schools, colleges, and libraries including formal instruction, connection with guest speakers and experts, multi-school project collaboration, professional activities. Based on literature review, an investigation tool was design for collecting data of videoconference applied in education. There were three attitude categories in the questionnaire. Those categories were advantage of using videoconference, type of using videoconference, and effective using videoconference. According to the result of statistical analysis, the information technology teachers' attitude toward videoconference applied in education was concluded and discussed.
