The purpose of this study was to identify the path structure of knowledge transfer of the Senior-vocational-high IT Major Students. An investigation research method was applied to collect data for creating theoretical model and then being tested with LISERAL 8.52. The test result of the SEM was fit well. Based on the SEM, knowledge transfer model was revealed. Both theory model and verified model were discussed. This results suggested us the knowledge transfer paths of senior vocational high students is a two-paths model, one from school and one from industry. The school knowledge would act as an intermediate variable to be a transferring path from industry knowledge to personal knowledge.
