由於網路資訊科技的發展,使得行動聯絡簿被視爲學校與家庭親師溝通的重要管道。但是礙於行動聯絡簿使用範疇及障礙因素的了解不足,使得親師溝通的品質一直難以有效提升。本研究的目的即在於探討行動聯絡簿在親師溝通上的範疇與障礙因素,並以高雄市國小爲研究對象。本研究採用訪談法,深度訪談六位人員,分別爲三位國小教師及三位家長。研究結果顯示,行動聯絡簿在親師溝通上之範疇有:學校宣布重要行事、家長可獲得最直接訊息,學生可取得課業內容與學習資源。此外,研究結果亦顯示,行動聯絡簿在親師溝通上之障礙因素有:家長及老師雙方都不甚了解這個措施的真正意義、老師不是很熟悉操作系統、老師對系統的依賴性不高、使用者的配備普及性不足、系統功能的整合性不佳、老師及家長的科技素養落差大、使用者使用習慣尚未建立。本研究結果可以作爲導入行動聯絡簿的依據,提供相關教育單位實施之參考。 |

Owing to the development of network and technology, Mobile and Internet Home Book (MIHB) has been considered as an important channel for parent-teacher communication. However, it is currently difficult to achieve effective parent-teacher communication, and this is the direct result of the paucity of understanding in the scope and barrier factors of applying MIHB. This study attempts to research into the application of MIHB, and it focuses on the scope and barrier factors of applying MIHB to achieve effective parent-teacher communication. Needing to collect data, the researchers conducted in-depth interviews with three elementary school teachers and three parents in Kaohsiung City in Taiwan. The result of the study shows that parent-teacher communication can be effectively manipulated for school authorities to announce administrative affairs, for parents to have direct access to teachers, and for students to have the availability of learning content and resources. In addition, the result also shows that the barrier factors of applying MIHB contain the following problems. First, parents and teachers do not understand the meaning of applying MIHB. Second, teachers are not good at operating the system, and they do not rely on this system much. Third, the required equipments for users are not pervasive. Also, users do not employ MIHB often. Other factors, like the deficiency of the system, and the gap of technological literacy held by teachers and parents, also have a negative influence on the application of MIHB. It is hoped that the finding of the present study may provide guidance on the administration of MIHB, and offer insights to related educational institutes for reference. |
