本研究之目的在了解國小教師教學創新行爲意向及探討不同背景教師在教學創新行爲意向的差異性及其相關性,期望藉由調查分析後的發現與研究中獲得結論,以期能對教學創新行爲的認識及促進有所幫助,並提供教育行政機關(含學校經營者)、教師以及後續研究者推展運用資訊科技融入於教學創新活動及進一步研究之參考。以高雄縣國小教師爲研究對象,共發出725份問卷,回收534份有效問卷,以獨立樣本t檢定(T-Test)、單因子變異數分析(One-Way ANOVA)、雪費多重比較法、皮爾遜積差相關等方法,進行調查資料的統計分析。 研究發現:一、在運用資訊科技融入於教學創新行爲意向總層面、教材內容、教學策略具有顯著差異,且男性高於女性。在教學評量則無顯著差異。二、31-35歲國小教師在教學創新教材內容層面行爲意向顯著高於41歲以上。三、婚姻狀況對國小教師運用資訊科技融入於教學創新行爲意向的影響不顯著。四、在教學策略創新行爲意向層陎,研究所(含40學分班)以上、一般大學修教育學程均顯著高於專科(師專),而師範院校並未顯著高於專科(師專)。五、兼任行政工作職務的國小教師在教學創新行爲意向各層陎得分顯著優於級任教師。六、在教學創新行爲意向總層陎資訊相關研習時數21~40小時顯著高於0~20小時。七、每週使用電腦或上網際網路平均時數在教學創新行爲意向等各層面的得分15小時以上高於不足5小時,21小時(含)以上高於5-10小時。八、教師基本背景變項與教學創新行爲意向顯著相關。 |

The purpose of this research is here understands the innovative behavior purpose of grade teacher's teaching and probes into different background teachers in teaching innovative behavior difference and dependence of purposes, obtain the conclusion while expecting with the discovery after investigating and analyzing and studying, can in the hope of the understanding of innovative behavior of teaching and promote helpfully, and offer the educational administrative organ (including school operator), teacher and follow-up researcher is it use information science and technology incorporate on teaching innovative activity and reference studied further to promote. Regard grade teacher of Kaohsiung county as the research object, send out 725 questionnaires altogether, retrieve 534 effective questionnaires, assay (T-Test) with independent sample t, the method of storing up and is lack of relevantly etc. that the single factor makes a variation and counts analyzing (One-Way ANOVA), multiple comparative law of snow fee, Pearson, carry on the statistical analysis of the survey materials. Discover: First, using information science and technology to incorporate and have difference of showing on innovative total aspect of behavior purpose of teaching, teaching material content, teaching tactics, and man are higher than women. There is no difference of showing in the commenting amount of teaching. The two, 31-35 years old grade teacher is higher than apparently over 41 in the innovative teaching material content aspect behavior purpose of teaching. Third, the marital status uses information science and technology to incorporate the influence on the innovative behavior purpose of teaching to the grade teacher not apparent. Fourth, in teaching tactics innovative behavior purpose aspect, research institute the above, general university build pedagogy Cheng apparent to higher than the training (the teachers training school), the normal colleges and schools have not been higher than the training apparently (the teachers training school). 5th, hold the administration concurrently and work the grade teacher of the post score and is superior to grade assuming office as the teacher apparently on innovative behavior purpose every aspect of teaching.
