探討高職機械科學生知識移轉之相關因素及模式

本研究目的主要在探討高職機械科學生知識移轉之來源、方式、與相關影響因素，以爲日後高職機械科教師及學校行政當局發展課程與教學策略之參考。本研究方法包括文獻分析法、專家訪談法、名義團體討論法、以及線上問卷調查法。研究樣本則凿含機械業界之CEO、資深高職教師、與全國之公私立高職機械科學生。並採用描述性統計、t-test及多元迴歸分析等統計分析。本研究發現凿括機械業界知識移轉之經驗；高職機械科學生知識移轉之來源、方式、與相關影響因素；以及高職機械科學生知識移轉之模式架構等。

The primarily purpose of the study was to explore the sources, modes and related affecting factors of knowledge transfer that are possessed by senior vocational high school students who are in the department of mechanical engineering. In order to offer the senior vocational high school teachers and the school authority to develop curriculum plans and teaching strategies for future reference. For the accuracy of the research results, the researchers adopted many research methods which included literature review, consultation with experts, interviews, nominal group meeting, and questionnaire survey. The research subjects were CEO of mechanical enterprises, experienced teachers and students in Mechanical Engineering of in vocational senior high school. Data analysis relied upon statistic methods such as descriptive statistics methods, t-test and Multiple Regression Analysis. Based on the findings of the study, it included those experiences of Knowledge Transference for mechanical enterprises; the sources, modes and related affecting factors of Knowledge Transference that are possessed by senior vocational high school students and the application of knowledge transfer model.
