本研究旨在了解產業推動教育訓練的可行策略及其障礙因素。研究對象爲台北地區帄版印刷產業,研究方法採用深度訪談法。研究發現產業推動教育訓練的可行策略爲經營管理者參與和支持、企業訓練體系與政策、強化內部講師、培養人力資源專業人員、工作崗位訓練、組織規劃、訓練的先後秩序、重點式的培訓、員工有練習所學之機會等;而障礙因素爲將訓練當作是福利和時髦的事、經營者支持仍嫌不足、績效比較不易衡量、挖角與跳槽、人才培訓是訓練單位的事、缺乏有系統的訓練、訓練重量不重質、辦理訓練者的專業能力不足、講師的教學能力欠佳、訓練後沒有適當的工作或職位讓其發揮、未協助員工做學習移轉、缺乏教育訓練的需求評估、評鑑、誘因、教材發展等。最後,本研究提出結論與建議以供參考。

英文摘要

This study aims to explore the feasible strategies of industrially-driven educational training and its barriers. The participants were the lithographic printing industries in Taipei district, and interview was utilized as instruments. Its finding shows that the feasible strategies of industrially-driven educational training include the participation and support of the operators, the training systems and policies of the enterprises, strengthening the lecturers, bringing up the professionals of human resources, the training of the post responsibility, the organization schemes, the training sequences, the key trainings, and the opportunities provided to the staff to practice what they learn. Barriers include the fact that trainings are misunderstood as welfare and fashion, the operator is inexperienced, achievements are hard to weigh, the staff move from one firm to another, personnel training is the responsibility of the training organizations, systematic training is scanty, training focuses on quantity instead of quality, the person in charge of the training is short of professional knowledge, the lecturers' teaching is not good enough, no proper jobs and positions are available to the trainees, the staff are not assisted to do transfer of learning, and the need, evaluation, factors, and teaching material development are scarce. Finally, conclusions and suggestions are provided for reference.
