科技發展所造成的衝擊由社會延伸至學校,教育改革與教學創新促使學校與教師多元化的變革。班級網頁的推動成爲科技發展及教學變革下,學校推動資訊教育的重點工作,而資訊科技導入的成效爲學校推動資訊教育的主要關鍵。研究者以國小推動班級網頁爲研究主體,透過文獻分析、個案研究之觀察參與與深入訪談的資料,探討學校資訊科技導入中,行政主管特性之關鍵因素,期能藉此以爲俟後各校導入資訊科技之參考。 研究發現,學校導入資訊科技之行政主管特性關鍵因素爲:1.個案學校校長、教務主任及資訊教師的態度影響導入策略2.認知與動機是主導行政主管態度的重要因素:3.資訊教師之資訊科技能力與工作熱忱是推動班級網頁的催化劑4.工作量及資訊素養牽動資訊教師參與推動班級網頁的態度。 |
英文摘要 |
The impact caused by the development in technology is extended from society to the school. Educational reform and teaching innovation impel the school and the teacher's pluralistic development. Under the development in technology and teaching reform, the push of class' web page becomes the school's key work in promoting information technology education. And yet the effect of the school's information technology implementation becomes the key factor for promoting information technology education. By using the promotion of class' web page in primary school as the main study subject, by participating in, and by going deep into the materials of interview through the analysis of documents and the observation of case study, the researcher probes by means of systematic analysis of The key factor of the implement of information technology in the administration executive's characteristic, the researcher hopes to bring up the reference for those schools wishing to promote class' web page and implement new technology in the future. Research findings: The key factor of the implement of information technology in the administration executive's characteristic is as follows: 1 Individual cases' school's headmaster, dean and information's teacher attitude affect boot tactic. 2 Cognition and motive is leading's the administrative executive attitude de important factor. 3. Catalyst of push class web page is information technology ability of Information's teacher. 4 Attitude of Information's teacher go in for push class web page is affected by workload and information literacy affection. |
