自從1973年世界第一支手機在美國誕生開始,一連串的通訊革命便由此展開,而直至2005年7月底國內行動電話用戶數達2051.5萬戶,平均每百人用戶數達90.25戶,普及率名列世界前茅,手機已成爲現代人必備的聯絡工具了。 在當前人手一機的現狀下,吞世代在手機的持有率也明顯上升,而吞世代的學童,他們雖然年紀小,也沒經濟能力,但卻很有自己的意見,間接影響了父母親60%的購買決定,被視爲是「消費小巨人」。因此吞世代的生活型態、消費行爲、消費價值觀等都將成爲未來消費市場中不容小覷的一群,他們對未來手機功能的要求及產生的手機消費文化,也將改變未來的手機消費市場。 本研究針對吞世代學生的性別、級別、居住地區、家庭收入等背景,對於手機的外顯功能、內建功能、服務功能、行銷功能及創新功能之需求,作相關分析,以了解學生對於現代手機科技之想法,並探討手機產業未來smartphone的趨勢。

英文摘要

Since the first mobile phone of the world was born in U.S.A. in 1973, a succession of communication revolution therefore expansion. The number of domestic mobile phone users were up to 20,515,000 until the end of July in 2005, and the average every hundred people's number of users is up to 90.25, popularity ranks first of the world. The mobile phone has already become the modern indispensable contact tool. In current situation that everyone owns each phone, the holding rate in mobile phone to Tweens obviously rise at present. Although young and do not have economic ability, Tweens have their own suggestion very. They are therefore considered to be' the consumption little giant ' for influencing parents 60% purchase decision indirectly. Because of the life style, the consume behavior, and consumption values etc., Tweens will become the group not to be underestimated in the consumer market in the future. Their consumption culture and requisition for function of the mobile phone in the future will change the mobile phone consumer market in the future too. In order to understand the ideas for modern mobile phone technology of Tweens and probe into the trend of the industry smartphone of the mobile phone in the future, this research makes a relevant analysis to show the outside function, the built-in function, the service function, the marketing function, and the demand for the innovative function of the mobile phone in accordance with Tweens' backgrounds, such as their sex, grade, residence, and family income etc.
