在製造業中對生產線作控制與管理的系統是生產製造控制管理系統(Shop Floor Control System, SFC System),此系統嚴謹的定義了每一項生產的步驟,從生產排程(Advanced Planning & Scheduling, APS)的作業開始、對所經過對每一工作站(WORKSTATION)的產能/產量/良率的控管、一直到產品的包裝完成並入庫,都是依據SFC系統的規劃來運行,並且SFC系統還必需完整且忠實的提供即時的各方面生產資訊,給各階層的管理人,管理人可依此找出生產效能不佳的原因,並作適當的改善。 在某電子元件廠的生產線,存在著相臨兩工作站的生產速度不一致的情況,前一站的每次單位時間生產量較少,後一站的每一單位時間生產量較多,因此導至於後一站的每單位時間的生產量,都受限於前一站的影響,而無法充份發揮產能,達到產能滿載的境界。本份研究報告,就是針對這種困境研擬出解決的方法,並作改善,經改善後的結果發現,後一站的每單位的生產量大幅提高,並且不需增加任何生產成本,也不用冒著製程改善的風險。 |

Makes the control and the management system in the manufacturing industry to the production line is Shop Floor Control System (Shop Floor Control System, SFC System), this system rigorous definition each production step, from production row of regulation (Advanced Planning & Scheduling, APS) the work starts, to pass through each workstation (WORK STATION) produces capacity/the output/the Yield rate control for various social strata supervisor, the supervisor may depend on this to discover the productive efficiency not good reason, and makes the suitable improvement. In some electronic component factory production line, exists is near two workstations production speed inconsistent situations, Front station each time unit time productivity is less, Back station each unit time productivity are more, therefore leads as for the per unit time fresh output which back stands, all receives is restricted in the front station the influence, but is unable sufficient share display producing energy, achieved produces can the full load boundary. This memoir, is aims at this difficult position to grind draws up the solution the method, and makes the improvement, discovered after the improvement result, Back station per unit productivity largely enhances, and does not have to increase any production cost, also does not need to take the system regulation improvement risk. |
