本研究目的主要在探討國小教師知識分享行為模式,以自編之「國小教師知識分享意願與行為調查問卷」為工具,並分層隨機抽樣台灣南部七縣市國小教師692人為研究對象。所得結果歸納為:(一)知識分享意圖依序受到主觀規範、知覺行為控制、知識分享態度之正向影響;(二)知識分享行為依序受到知識分享意圖、知覺行為控制之正向影響;(三)建構之知識分享行為模式整體適配指標良好,顯示此模式可有效解釋國小教師的知識分享行為。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study is to discover elementary school teachers' knowledge sharing behavior patterns. The self-developed ”Questionnaire of Elementary School Teachers' Knowledge Sharing Intention and Behavior” was the chosen tool, and 692 teachers across seven elementary schools in southern Taiwan were the targeted study group in terms of stratified random sampling. The results can be concluded as the following: 1. Knowledge Sharing Behavior is positively influenced by Subject Norm, Perceived Behavioral Control and Knowledge Sharing Attitudes in the order of impact degrees. 2. Knowledge Sharing Behavior is positively influenced by Knowledge Sharing Intention and Perceived Behavioral Control in the order of impact degrees. 3. The construction of such knowledge sharing behavior model appeals efficient which indicates such could well explain elementary school teachers' knowledge sharing behavior.
