科技教育的目的,在培養學生日常生活所需的科技素養,以增進學生學習生活中所需要的科技知識;藉由教育的過程,了解科技的發展及其對人類生活的影響、與運用科技的材料與工具,以及增進學生在科技社會中價值判斷、問題解決與創造思考的基本能力。 本研究擬藉由文獻之調查分析,探討課堂教學科技選用相關之理論和實務,期能歸結出適用之可行模式,俾供從事教育工作者作為教學實務上之參酌,及未來研究者進行相關研究時,可資依循之方向。

英文摘要

The purpose of technology education is to cultivate the technological literacy of the students in daily life. By the processes of education, students study the knowledge needed in their lives, understand the development of technology and its influence to human beings and make use of the materials and tools of technology. As a result, they can improve their basic abilities of value judging, problem solving and creative thinking in technological society. This study plans to treat the theories and practicality relative to the choice of appropriate technology when teaching in the classrooms by the investigation and analyses of literacy. And it is expected to obtain some practicable and feasible models as conclusions and will provide useful suggestions for the teaching staff to actualize in their classrooms. It will also provide some workable directions for other investigators to follow as they devote themselves to relative studies in the future.
