民國九十年長期照護協會提供居家護理病歷軟體，讓居家護理機構使用，但屏東縣目前只有少數居家護理使用長照協會所提供的居家護理病歷軟體，多數仍採手寫方式。過去的研究指出病例電腦化可縮短時間並建立相關個案資料，以便日後應用與分析。但為何屏東縣對病歷電腦化的使用率低，目前文獻資料中未見探討與分析。故本研究期望能瞭解居家照護病歷軟體使用率低之因素。具體的研究目的包括了解居家照護病歷軟體使用者的使用經驗；分析未使用居家照護病歷軟體護理所對該軟體的認知；分析居家照護病歷軟體之接受因素。研究採用個案研究方式，以半結構訪談5所獨立型態居家照護所負責人與護理師。資料經過錄音、逐字稿、訪談內容編碼分析後，找出未被接受的原因。研究結果發現軟體近性用上主要是軟體介面不夠完備；在易用性上，其申請表格經常出現錯誤造成病歷報告，因而不被接受，整體而言適用性不足是使用率低的主要因素。

In 2000, Long-term Care Association offered a home health care electronic medical record software for all home care center. But only few home care center use it instead of using hand writing medical charts. The goal of this study was to examine the factors influence the usage of electronic medical records in home care center. The purposes of this study were understanding the user's experience, analyzing the cognition of health care providers, and analyzing the factors influence home care center users. Semi-instructed interview was applied to five managers or directors of home care center. The data was analyzed by using tape records, translating and coding. The result of study showed that the interface of software is not easy for users. Regarding the practice, the errors of application form can not be correct automatically which makes a lot of medical reports were rejected by national insurance department. Furthermore, this system is not compatible with the central health insurance computer system. Overall, the main factor cause low rate of usage is the software is not practicable in Taiwan.
