近年來校園資訊安全危機事件層出不窮，究其原因，多數為校園內人員不當行為所致。是以，防微杜漸的資訊安全危機管理是幫助校園對於危機警訊保持敏銳，進而愈早偵測出危機跡象及早因應，並能將組織傷害降到最低的有效方法。對於非線性的校園組織，其資訊安全因果關係並非成比例顯現，而且，鑑於起始狀態小小差異即有可能造成資訊安全結果重大改變，蝴蝶效應說明星星之火可以燎原。再者，混沌理論表述出混沌狀態不確定性，企圖瞭解複雜現象創造形成的過程，以及不相關事件間所潛伏之內在關聯性，此有助於學校人員了解校園資訊安全機制實際運作，例如碎形、奇異吸引子、分岔等論點。本研究目的希望以混沌理論來探討學校人員對於資訊安全危機管理的知覺、事實與意見，期望能藉由資訊安全認知之實徵性調查來發現與見微知著，以作為學校施行資訊安全管理上的參考。

In recent years the campus information security crisis events pile up one after another, investigates its reason, the most is the campus members misfeasance with the result that. The information security crisis management is the effective method to help campus to detect the crisis alarms to more and early respond, and will decline the organization injury to the lowest. Regarding the nonlinear campus organization, its information security causal relation doesn't become the proportion appearance, moreover, owing to the start appearance small difference namely probably make information safe result significant change, the butterfly effect explanation little spark can cause conflagration. Furthermore, the chaos theory expresses the indeterminable chaotic state and attempts to understand the complex phenomenon creation forms, as well as during the non-correlated event in the ambush in the relatedness, this conducives toward favor the school personnel to understand the campus information safety mechanism actual operation, for example fractals, strange attractors, bifurcations etc. standpoint. This research purpose hopes to inquire into consciousness, fact and opinion that personnel in the school manages to the information's safe crisis with the chaos theory, expectation can by information safe cognition of actually survey to discover and know, by takes the reference in the school execution information safety management.
