本研究主旨在探討網路的發展所帶來的衝擊對教師教學是否有受到影響,並探討國小教師如何利用網路倫理課程來幫助學生正確使用網路的觀念。本文先藉由相關文獻資料來瞭解網路的演進、貢獻及衍生出的問題,接著討論網路帶來教育衝擊與資訊融入教育的關係,進一步瞭解網路倫理意涵、內容。本文藉由訪談法,透過半結構的訪談大綱,進行十一位國小教師的訪談,分析網路倫理課程內容,與討論如何教導學生的網路倫理的方法。研究結果顯示如下: 一、網路發展帶來的衝擊有影響教師的教學型態。 二、學生學習方式亦受到網路的影響。 三、多數受訪教師藉由資訊融入教學時,會引入網路倫理的相關概念來教導學生。 四、教師教導學生網路倫理內涵應包括網路使用權、網路隱私權、網路著作權、網路言責權、資訊正確性。

英文摘要

The purpose of this stuty was to explore the development of the Internet the impact on whether teaching of teachers have been affected, and to explore the elementary school teachers how to use Internet ethics courses to help students on the proper concept of using Internet. First, this research by relevant literature to understand the process of internet, contribute to and derived from this issue, and then to discuss the relation between the impact of the Internet and Information Technology intergrated instruction. And try to understand the meaning and content of Internet ethic further. This research used Semistructured Interviews and interviewed 11 elementary school teachers. Analysing the content of ethic courses and discussing the way how to teach students aoubt Internet ethic. The results shown below: 1. The impact of Internet development effected the instruction of teachers. 2. The students learning styles are also effected by the Internet. 3. The majority of teachers uesd Information Technology intergrated instruction would introduce the concept of Internet ethic while teaching students. 4. The teachers to teach students the content of Internet ethic which included the right to use the Internet, Internet privacy, Internet copyright, the network responsible for the right words, information correctness.
