職業訓練已成為企業相當重視的職員教育。本研究旨在探討台南縣在職人員參與職訓學習滿意度之情形。研究以問卷方式調查參加台南縣總工會與台南縣工業會委辦之職訓課程的學員學習滿意度。研究工具為改編之「職業訓練學習滿意度問卷」,有效問卷率為71.2%,以SPSS12.0統計軟體進行分析。分析結果為:(一)整體職業訓練學習滿意度達中高程度。(二)整體學習滿意度會因婚姻狀況、服務年資、參訓時數之不同而有顯著差異。(三)參訓動機「提升就業技能」的整體滿意度顯著優於「規定或職務上的需求」及「主管指派」。研究結果提供職業訓練相關機構及未來研究者參考。 |
英文摘要 |
Enterprises have put much emphasis on vocational training as a part of staff education. The study aims to explore the situations of the learning satisfaction of employees participating in vocational training in Tainan County. Questionnaires were used to investigate the learning satisfaction of employees participating in vocational training in Tainan County Federation Trade Union and Tainan County Industrial Association. The study tool is ”The questionnaire on the learning satisfaction of employees participating in vocational training” which was designed by the researcher. The return rate was 71.2%. The data were statistically analyzed through the packaged software of SPSS12.0. The results of data analysis in the study are as follows: 1. The overall performance of learning satisfaction in vocational training was up to high-intermediate level. 2. There were significant differences in learning satisfaction because of different marital situations, years of working experience and hours of training courses. 3. Employees with the motivation to enhance their skills have better performance of learning satisfaction than those who were assigned by supervisors or restricted by company regulations. According to the results above, we can offer some suggestions to vocational training institutions and future research workers as references. |
