本研究旨在探討高齡者之行動輔助科技使用滿意度。研究對象為高雄市使用行動輔助科技之高齡者。本研究以自編之「行動輔助科技使用滿意度問卷」為研究工具。研究結果指出，高齡者之使用滿意度屬中度滿意；四個構面與使用滿意度的相關程度由高至低依序為產品品質、知覺有用性、知覺易用性及服務品質。背景變項之性別、年齡、教育程度、身體狀況及居住狀況在滿意度中有顯著差異。使用經驗包括行動輔助科技的種類、使用時間、使用頻率、取得資訊的來源在滿意度中亦有顯著差異。

This study investigates the difference in user satisfaction for elder mobility assistive technology. Subjects are elders who lived in Kaohsiung City and ever used wheeled mobility devices. User satisfaction was surveyed with self-designed questionnaire, User Satisfaction of Mobility Assistive Technology. Based on statistic results, overall user satisfaction for elder mobility assistive technology is moderately satisfied. The correlation between four factors and user satisfaction is in an order from ”Product Quality”, ”Usefulness”, ”Ease of Use” and ”Service Quality” as high correlation to low. User satisfaction in background variables including sex, education, health status, and living situation are different with statistical significance. Variables of users' experiences, including types of mobility assistive devices, the using time, using frequency, and source of information, also reveal statistical significance in user satisfaction.
